About this data
Sources, coverage and method
Production by country comes from national authorities, the International Olive Council and the European Commission, each country's source named with it. The rest of the world is the world figure less the countries listed, left out when that difference is negative.
A country's share is of that campaign's world figure, and its change is on its own campaign before. The share bars are drawn on one scale, from zero to the largest share. A figure not held is a dash, never a zero.
