Olive Oil Trade Fairs 2026–2027
The fairs where olive oil is bought and sold, in date order. The sector's own shows, such as Expoliva in Jaén, the World Olive Oil Exhibition in Madrid, SOL2EXPO in Verona, Olio Capitale in Trieste and EVOLIO Expo in Bari, sit alongside the food fairs that anchor each import market: Anuga and SIAL in Europe, the Fancy Food Shows in the United States, Gulfood in Dubai and FOODEX in Japan.
Every date is checked against the organiser. Dates that the organiser has not announced yet are marked as estimated.
