One of the world's two largest food trade fairs, held every two years at Paris Nord Villepinte and alternating with Anuga in Cologne. Olive oil exporters exhibit alongside every other food sector, mostly in their countries' pavilions.
About SIAL Paris 2026
SIAL Paris 2026 runs from 17 to 21 October and covers retail, distribution, food service, manufacturing and international trade. Its visitors are buyers from retail chains, importers and food service groups from around the world.
The dates fall as the new Mediterranean harvest begins, so the fair is where the first commercial conversations about the 2026/27 oil take place with buyers who will not travel to the sector's own fairs.
