Veronafiere's fair for the whole olive chain: extra virgin olive oil, table olives, by-products and cosmetics, and the machinery and technology of growing and milling. It now runs as a show of its own, separate from Vinitaly.
About SOL2EXPO 2027
SOL2EXPO 2027 runs from 28 February to 2 March at Veronafiere, the dates Veronafiere gives in its own 2027 calendar. The show brings producers from Italy's olive regions together with buyers, and gives room to the technical side of the sector: nurseries, grove management, milling plants and packaging.
Its early-March slot follows the end of milling in Italy and comes shortly before the World Olive Oil Exhibition in Madrid (10–11 March) and Olio Capitale in Trieste (12–14 March), which makes these two weeks the busiest of the year for olive oil fairs.
