Third edition of the B2B fair for Italian extra virgin olive oil at the Fiera del Levante. Producers and millers meet Italian and international buyers, with delegations of US buyers already confirmed for 2027.
About EVOLIO Expo 2027
EVOLIO Expo is organised by Senaf for the Nuova Fiera del Levante and is built around scheduled business meetings between producers and buyers rather than consumer days. Its programme follows the questions facing the chain: technology and innovation in the mill, traceability, and how Italian extra virgin olive oil is presented to the restaurant trade and to consumers.
Bari puts the fair in Puglia, the region that produces the largest share of Italy's olive oil, and its late-January dates make it the first fair devoted to olive oil in the 2027 calendar.

Admission is free. The fair is for trade visitors on all three days and is also open to olive oil enthusiasts on Saturday 30 January. Registering online saves queuing; visitors can also register at the reception.
