A trade fair devoted entirely to buying and selling olive oil, which its organisers bill as the largest of its kind, back at IFEMA's pavilion 2. Bulk producers, co-operatives and packers meet international buyers just as the size of the 2026/27 campaign becomes clear.
About World Olive Oil Exhibition (WOOE) 2027
The World Olive Oil Exhibition is a professional fair organised by Pomona Keepers in collaboration with IFEMA MADRID. Mills, co-operatives, bottlers and packers exhibit; the visitors are importers, distributors, retail buyers and private-label managers from Europe, the Americas and Asia.
It is held in March, when most of the Mediterranean crop has been milled and the campaign's size is becoming clear, which makes it one of the year's main meetings for bulk and private-label business. A programme of conferences and tastings runs across both days.
