The fair for quality food and drink that its organisers bill as the leading one in Europe, in its 40th edition at IFEMA MADRID. Premium extra virgin olive oil has a large presence, alongside wine, cured meats and cheese.
About Salón Gourmets 2027
Salón Gourmets 2027 runs from Monday 26 to Thursday 29 April across halls 3 to 7 of IFEMA MADRID, some 66,000 m² of exhibition space. The 2026 edition closed with 110,154 visitors.
It is a trade fair for restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering and specialist retail. For olive oil producers with premium brands it is one of the main showcases in Spain, and in 2027 it falls two weeks before Expoliva.
