About World Olive Day 2026
The 26th of November is World Olive Tree Day, proclaimed by UNESCO in 2019, and the International Olive Council marks it every year as World Olive Day. The IOC and its member countries use the date for campaigns on olive growing, olive oil and the olive tree's place in Mediterranean culture.
