The scientific and technical forum of Expoliva, organised by the Fundación del Olivar, in its twenty-third edition. For 2027 it opens two days before the fair at the Geolit science and technology park and closes at IFEJA on the fair's first day.
About Expoliva 2027 International Symposium
The Symposium is where research on olive growing and olive oil is presented to the sector: agronomy and irrigation, harvesting and milling technology, oil quality and health, and the economics of the market. Its audience is researchers, technicians, co-operative managers and the industry's suppliers.
Its first two days, 10 and 11 May, are held at Geolit; the closing session is at IFEJA on 12 May, the opening day of Expoliva 2027, which runs until 15 May.
