Registration closes for the sixth table olive section of the Ercole Olivario, Italy's national quality competition for olive oil and table olives. It is open to Italian growers and producers with olives and olive pastes from the 2025/26 harvest.
About Ercole Olivario 2026, table olives: entries close
The competition selects Italy's best table olives and olive pastes, including those under PDO and PGI certification. The winners are announced in December 2026 and receive their awards in Perugia in April 2027, at the ceremony of the thirty-fifth Ercole Olivario.
