The Málaga estate expects Hojiblanca to supply most of its 2026/27 bottling volume.

Finca La Torre, an organic and biodynamic producer in Bobadilla, part of Antequera in Málaga province, expects to bottle around 60,000 litres of extra virgin olive oil from the 2026/27 harvest, Olimerca reported on 4 November. The forecast comprises 40,000 litres of Hojiblanca and 15,000 of Arbequina, with the remaining roughly 5,000 litres from Cornicabra and Picudo.

Harvesting began in late September and was planned to last about 40 days, depending on when the varieties matured.

The producer is marking 15 years of its current project. Its range includes a limited first-day-of-harvest edition alongside its varietal oils.

“We now sell most of our oil bottled,” production manager Víctor Pérez said in the report.
