About the data · Methodology
Country stocks come from official monthly releases: AICA for Spain, Frantoio Italia/ICQRF for Italy, and IOC or national bodies (ONH, Casa do Azeite, Turkish Olive Council) for the other origins.
Between official releases, figures are declared OliveTerm estimates projected from the latest print and reported outflows. Each country's source line states its basis and reference date.
Figures are total olive oil inventories per country, all commercial grades combined.
The season runs October to September (e.g. 2025/26); the new campaign starts in October. Stock coverage is the number of months current stocks last at the expected consumption pace.
